Ride a Cable Car to Tour an Organic Farm (rambutans, durians, mangosteens and santols) via our tram
Youngsters will learn the ways of our fruit planters by exploring our land via the tram. They will also get to handpick fruits such as rambutans, mangosteens, santols and durians. Breathe in some fresh air, get your basket ready, and enjoy your time at our fruit plantation.
Fry Durian and Bananas
After harvesting fruits earlier, children will get to use their fresh durians and turn them into delicious snacks, such as deep-fried durian chips. Children will not only learn how to fry the durians, but also peel and skin them. Our talented chefs will be assisting the children in the process, so we can guarantee that this activity is very safe! They will also get to try or take away some deep-fried banana chips as free gifts…
Make Wood and Fruit Charcoal
This is another activity that children will be sure to enjoy as they get to test and burn charcoal from start to finish of the cooking process. They will learn how to pick the right kind of wood, how to burn them properly and how to use them to make fire and cook our local delicacies. Moreover, children will also learn how to use leftover fruits and turn them into coal, which can be used to absorb unpleasant odors.
Plant Trees for Deposit in the Tree Bank
We have a “Bank of Trees” where children can try to grow saplings on their own, and label them. After that, the children will deposit the saplings into our community’s Tree Bank so these saplings will grow and become huge trees in the future.
Pick Vegetables; Collect Eggs; Make Local Menus
Because our land is so fertile, everything grows extremely well, meaning that we have an abundance of vegetables in our community. We have chedi leaves, which can be used to boil with pork and make a very tasty meal. We also have other vegetables, and oranges as well. Also, children will get to visit our hen farm and collect fresh eggs, then use them as ingredients to create tasty local dishes.
